Return and Exchange Policy

At our women's lingerie boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 45 days from the delivery date to return or exchange items. Products must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Specific items like custom orders or intimate apparel where hygiene is a concern cannot be returned unless defective.
